Partner with the best
Responsible for Activities contributing to the design and development of flexible pipe products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Executing the design analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and material engineering for the flexible pipe products
  • Developing new methodology and solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations, where only limited standards exist.
  • Working together with business leadership. Specifies needs, communicates about technical approach and presents outcomes of research done.
  • Delivering results as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design analysis activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a master's degree with 0~5 years industry FEA analysis experience in: Mechanics (Finite Element Analysis), Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Metal Material engineering (Fatigue, Corrosion Fatigue, Fracture and etc.). The 0~5 years industry experience is referred to the finite element analysis experience in areas of riser system analysis, offshore pipeline analysis, FEA analysis in related area such as fatigue, fracture.
  • Be an intermediate user in commercial FEA software tools such as Ansys, and in Microsoft Excel with VBA macro programming skill.


Desired qualifications
  • Have a PhD degree in Mechanics (Finite Element Analysis), Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, (with/without industry analysis experience)
  • Be an intermediate user in Orcaflex, etc.
