We are seeking a Math or Science teacher to join the Saudi Aramco College Preparatory Program (CPP), which contains four departments (Math, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science). CPP prepares highly selected Saudi high school graduates to be admitted to and succeed at top tier universities world wide.

Primary function would be to Deliver and facilitate learning programs in classroom and field to ensure qualified workforce for respective Aramco business areas and functions. Provides instructional leadership and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares daily and weekly lesson plans and assignments, experiments, demonstrations, training aids, references or other materials to parallel and supplement classroom work.

Prepares supplementary teaching materials and software.

Teaches trainees appropriately using available teaching methods & materials. Maintains discipline and guides trainees in conduct and study habits. Keeps updated with
information technology to enhance communication & instruction.

Diagnoses learning difficulties & plans remedial. Prepares test material, evaluates trainees' progress & submits reports. Prepares deficiency and disciplinary reports.

Maintains trainee records. Coordinates quiz writing & supplementary teaching materialdevelopment for specific subject.

improvements to the curriculum & its implementation

Provides information & instructional assistance in specific areas of curriculum to teachers. Orients new teachers. Serves in program improvement committees. Participates in the recertification process of teachers. Helps teachers incorporate supplementary material into the course contents.

Conducts classroom observations to teachers and recommend improvements principal. Ensure implementation & adherence to training policies and regulations. Cultivate professional competencies by keeping teachers informed of modern teaching methodology & techniques

Performs related miscellaneous duties and other training related duties assigned by Principal

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in the discipline to be taught or in a closely related field .
  • Recent teaching experience (A minimum of 4 years teaching experience and should be familiar with and have taught courses in preparing students for pre-college or college study)

Note: a Master's Degree or higher in above disciplines is preferred.

Note: Experience in teaching Advanced Placement courses is preferred.
