We are actively looking for a Cloud Delivery Lead who have responsibility for implementing the delivery platform across the Neftex® subsurface evaluation product portfolio. Our desired candidate would l ead and shape the technical vision within their domain and would become an essential member of the leadership team. Once familiar with our product and delivery platform the Delivery Lead would be expected to become a key stakeholder across the broader Landmark product service line of Halliburton. Here they would collaborate across functions to advance the technological architecture across the company and ensuring adherence to technical standards through working practice alignment. This includes defining how technical work should be done, selecting appropriate tools, defining technology, quality, experience and implementation standards and practices within their technical domain.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Experience managing Software Engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient experience in engineering disciplines and knowledge of best practices and modern technologies. Prior development experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in database management and architecture through the use of MS SQLServer database management system.
- Ability to be comfortable and effective in cross-functional and cross-organizational communication and collaboration
- Ability to be comfortable working with a geographically diverse organization while paying attention to detail, taking initiative, comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, and working toward goals
- Experience in two or more of the following programming languages: Java, .NET, C#, and/or Python
- Ability to manage a team of engineers, including task planning and design reviews
- Ability to establish credibility with engineers quickly, and provide long-term goals and motivation
- Excellent facilitation skills for cross-stakeholder discussions, both internal and external
- Effective people management, technical, and leadership skills, including mentoring team members
