Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

 

  • Managing the facilities services portfolio (planning, organizing, auditing, reporting, review and improve) (MEP services, AV services, firefighting services, specialized services, etc.).
  • Planning and conducting the preventive maintenance for all the facilities across the region, through managing the FM contractors.
  • Developing SOP and job plans for assets, ensuring quality maintenance.
  • Leading the energy management plan for all facilities across the region
  • Coordinating all services such as electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, firefighting, access control, security, CCTV, power, lighting, drainage, and other facilities systems.
  • Forecasting and controlling the annual operating and capital expenses budgets for facilities management.
  • Performing monthly KPI and financial reporting, forecasting and asset management on all sites.
  • Establishing Property Management Plan, Preventative Maintenance Policies and Procedures and Property Operations Manual.
  • Being responsible for management and service delivery of the properties which will include managing/coordinating all of the services to be provided by contractors.
  • Updating and maintaining the sites business continuity plans.
  • Driving cost out and rooftops rationalization in partnership with the other facilities manager sand Baker Hughes Real Estate team.
  • Ensuring that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy. Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records correspondence and file notes.
