This role will be responsible for processing the return of nonconforming product to our suppliers. This role will communicate with ~5 internal employees regularly as well as with part suppliers in order to generate the necessary paperwork to return defective parts for a refund/credit. The majority of your day will be spent in software systems processing data, writing emails to your team/suppliers, and auditing the process to ensure compliance. It is possible to transition into full-time employment with company through the successful execution of this role.

Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience working in an ISO 9001:2015 compliant manufacturing
• Background working with SAP
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
