Responsible for designing , developing and testing firmware platforms and systems - controlled and run tailored to the controlling hardware needs.

As Lead Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for:
  • Architecting, designing and programming/developing modules or a large components, feature/ set of feature/whole feature area or entire embedded software product.
  • Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
  • Connecting the dots across technologies and develops cross technology maps and solutions.
  • Understanding of characteristics of a device being controlled, the realtime functions it is expected to perform.
  • Designing, developing, implementing and testing the theory and software required to realize the realtime functionality.
  • Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Hold BSc from an accredited university or college training with experience in Software Development
  • Have proven experience in Engineering and Software Development.
  • Have C and C++ qualifications and proven system implementation experience.
  • Have experience writing code for Embedded Linux
  • Possess demonstrable knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle
  • Have effective oral and written communication skills.
