Lead Product Manager- Platform

Our IAM Team is looking to add a Lead Product Manager to the growing global team! It's great time to bring a your own flavor to the Baker Hughes platform production team and showcase new products to our external client base.

Partner with the best

The Lead Product Manager- Platform will lead the strategy definition and goal setting for our IAM platform and align teams to our overall product vision. Facilitate solving complex problems across multiple teams on Platform level. The product platform teams' mission is to enable the delivery of a high-quality product by providing cross-vertical components, services, and features.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Developing a deep understanding of our existing products and customer needs to define the principles on which our platform will be built and operate upon (multi-tenancy, interoperability, OEM agnostic etc.)
  • Systematically analyze customer feedback and anticipate and respond to broader implications on product based on customer needs or competition.
  • Be a go to person for peers and product companies for our product platform efforts to align our product platform teams around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and a respective product roadmap.
  • Overseeing IAM Platform architecture and collaborate with architects, product managers and engineers on overarching user experiences.
  • Managing agile product delivery and contribute to execute on our product roadmap based on a well-prioritized backlog. As Product Owner you decompose complex problems, write clear user stories, and participate in all sprint activities.

 


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

  • Educated in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or comparable field with several years of experience in various digital Product Management positions, including working for a SaaS company
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting, applying Scrum
  • Strong foundation of Product Management practices and analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge about web technologies and UX Design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of cross-team collaboration along with a good sense of accountability and ownership
  • Ideally have Start-Up experience
