Partner with the best

The Pipeline Region Manager oversees all aspects of Process and Pipeline ILI Operations in the Canada Region, including safety, quality, Compliance, customer relationships, jobsite execution, long and short-term business planning. Full P&L and budgetary responsibility for all Pipeline Inspection, product lines in the ILI Canada Region.

As a Pipeline Region Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with Sales, Commercial, Product Line, HR, and Finance business partners, to continue driving sustained profitable revenue growth for ILI Canada.
  • Ensuring operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and employee safety practices.
  • Partnering with all stakeholders to design, establish and execute a short & long-term regional strategy/vision for Global ILI Operations.
  • Driving continual improvement within the Canada operations via productivity and effectiveness of the team, regular coaching around customer focus and workforce planning to build a robust & diverse bench for the future.
  • Building outstanding strategic customer relationships by responding to customer feedback promptly and ensuring execution exceeds customer expectations.
  • Partnering daily with Region Sales/Commercial and Product Companies teams to execute on the operating plan.
  • Providing regular updates of operating plan status and other key service operational metrics utilizing business tools.
  • Developing and implement VCP/productivity plans across the organization using lean, 6 sigma, value stream mapping, digitization
  • Supporting internal synergistic activities, cost management, capital and resource allocation, managing market opportunities and client relationships, employee relations, and implementing Baker Hughes strategic objectives.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Have a minimum 5 years of experience supervising teams of 4+ employees
  • Have a minimum 1 years of customer facing experience
  • Have a minimum 3 years of P&L management or project management.
  • Possess excellent leadership skills to build an integrated operations team and lead it to high performance and growth.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of various business drivers to maximize revenue growth and cost containment.
  • Have the ability to apply financial acumen, manage execution, meet customer needs, develop talent, act strategically, and build support.
  • Be able to identify, develop, and deploy talent within the Canadian Region, Global PPS, and across Baker Hughes and GeoMarket boundaries
  • Be able to identify and exploit synergistic sales, marketing, technology, and operations opportunities across the region
