We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist who can assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional. They will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards quality, but also fosters a culture in which all employees become actively engaged.



  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
  • Assist in statutory filings , renewal of ISO Certifications etc
  • Other ad-hoc admin projects/tasks as assigned from Management from time to time
  • Supervise and guide other staff
  • Appraise client's requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Review current standards and policies
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
  • Ensure all legal standards are met
  • draft quality assurance policies and procedures
  • interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
  • evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
  • devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
  • review the implementation ISO Standards
  • document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
  • investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  • evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • monitor risk management activities
  • responsible for document management systems
  • assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  • Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
  • Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management.
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes


Requirements and skills

  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

  • Reliable and Trustworthy
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma
  • experience with implementation of corrective action programs
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
  • knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements


Objectives of this role

  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
  • Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
  • Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
  • Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
  • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technologies, and skills
