The Field Quality Technician inspects finished products on the rig or remote job sites at a variety of locations worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibration of nondestructive test equipment.
• Conduct inspection and be able to detect discontinuities using ultrasonic equipment.
• Conduct inspection using mag yoke and portable coils.
• Conduct inspection using dye penetrant and maintain a clean work area.
• Accurately process test results & create reports.
• Verification that company product is to specifications and standards.
• Proper maintenance of inspection gear, dimensional tooling and other equipment.
• Responsible for all aspects of NDT related records.
• Assist with any other projects as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 2 years experience as a certified inspector.
• Completion of accredited UT Level I and Level II course.
• Completion of accredited MT Level I and Level II course.
• Completion of accredited PT Level I and Level II course.
• Oil field related work experience.
• Candidate must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
