Partner with the best

Waygate Technologies' Visual Global Operations Leader will provide overall operations leadership for the Visual sub business unit. Working cross-functionally across the organization, they will be involved in discussions about future developments and consequences for the business unit.

As the Global Operations Leader- Visual , you will be responsible for:

 

 

  • Managing Materials, Sourcing, Quality, Manufacturing operations, leading operational excellence across all Visual SBU functions and manufacturing sites.
  • Optimizing Visual Supply Chain Performance by driving fulfillment, EHS, quality, service, cost, cash & culture.
  • Presenting an interface for global operations on NPI programs and investments leading financial/operating plan development and execution for global supply chain
  • Optimizing performance of the global supply chain across all plants within the WT business, implement best practice sharing across manufacturing sites
  • Working with cross-functional teams to achieve operational metrics - customer fulfillment, cost positioning while constantly assessing all viable options
  • Owning the financials/budget tied to operational execution; work with finance teams to analyze cost drivers and validate savings
  • Monitoring & improve cost productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality & compliant manner
  • Tracking and communicate global supply chain progress with business leadership including operational scorecards and metrics

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

 

 

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have minimum of 10 additional years' of experience of Supply Chain experience, covering Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing and Materials management
  • Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in being a Plant leader. Have an expert understanding and knowledge of Electronic & Optics manufacturing
  • Have persuasive oral and written communication skills; interpersonal, leadership and project management skills.
  • Show demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems; lead programs / projects, document, plan, market, and execute programs.
