Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls.

Partner with the best

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence.

As Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX and distributed controllership.
  • Covering process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk.
  • Serving as controllership experts on financial system and ERP implementations
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bsc from accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Have experience in Finance role
  • Possess good analytical skills with proactive mind-set, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Financial Statements would be ideal
  • Have computers skills (use of SAP / Oracle would be advantageous)
