As an Analytical Services Team Leader, you will provide a vital service applying the application of scientific and engineering methodologies. You will test and analyze the performance of potential concepts.
Taking ownership of sites, you will ensure they have the service needed to operate in a safe and compliant manner.
As an Analytical Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Lead team of analytical technicians and provide effective guidance on analytical projects and priorities.
Oversee daily laboratory operations including shipping/receiving activities and inventory management of lab stockroom supplies.
Responsible for lab waste management operations and compliance requirements, including outdoor chemical management of waste and bulk solvents.
Conduct permit to work authorization for lab vendors not impacting facility infrastructure.
Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced problem solving and project/time management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Prior experience with waste management.
Analytical laboratory experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
