Our Process & Pipeline Services business that provides inspection and integrity services for gas and liquid pipelines in every operating condition. Our Billing & Collections team support the business in all aspects of billings across the APAC region.

Shape financial planning strategy

As a Billing & Collections Analyst, you'll collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams in processing customer's invoices at a fast-paced environment. You will work with cross-function organizations to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Billing and Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field job data, as well as maintaining SAP job data entries.
• Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering correctly into the system.
• Verifying customer information, maintaining related files, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
• Preparing accounting statements and reports related to billing.
• Training, cross-training, and mentoring of new and experienced billers.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have previous experience with billing and collections activities.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc...)
• Have demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external customers.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others
