As a Real Time Support Specialist, you will be part of a global team responsible for monitoring real-time drilling and wireline data, incident management and data quality assurance. It demands the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high paced environment.

As a Real Time Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating wells in the applications, well entitlements, feed set up and monitoring of Drilling and Wireline wells
  • Managing application support, tracking emails, phone calls, requests and incidents
  • Helping maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures
  • Supporting the development of new services
  • Communicating and facilitating continuous improvement
  • Working with regional and global teams to ensure resilience of service and information security
  • Managing additional projects as assigned by Remote Operations Services Center Manager and Service Manager


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have an HND or above in an IT or Computing qualification with proven experience in Customer Service and Application Support
  • Have the ability to manage to bold deadlines while staying true to strategic outcomes
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience building sound customer relationships, creating processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiative
