Senior Engineering Manager

Join our Industrial Asset Management (IAM) Team!

As a part of Industrial Asset Management (IAM) business, we build cloud agnostic platform and frameworks with fully managed cloud services which will be used to build IAM product solutions such as condition/health monitoring, asset performance management, process optimisation solutions etc. The consumers of our platform i.e. solution producers and endusers are provided with peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve operations. Our high performing digital teams are agile, they continuously learn new technology to build state of the art technology solutions.

Partner with the best

As Senior Engineering Manager, You will be responsible for building high performing teams who designs and develop platforms and its components. You will work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. You will also lead design discussion in a limited manner.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Working with development staff to implement web/cloud based applications and services.
  • Lead the team to develop and deliver configuration and deployment automation required for improving the performance of our cloud services.
  • Identifying process fit as well as improvements to help teams deliver results seamlessly.
  • Leading initiatives for continuous improvement as well as strategies for identifying risk patterns and mitigating them
  • Managing team of 50+ FTE engineers including performance and technical development
  • Leading teams of software engineers to deliver needs of defined project and mentoring and coaching them.
  • Driving timely Insight, Execution Excellence and Quality mindset.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Software Engineering and 3 years in People Management.
  • Have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Software Development as a Developer & Team Leader
  • Have an experience building systems based on cloud technology in AWS, GCE, and/or Rackspace environments
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Have knowledge and experience getting value out of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset, knowing how to influence stakeholders towards change
  • Be experienced as a people leader. Blend of technical (strong fundamentals & analytical skills), process & peoples.
