Plan, organise and control the maintenance schedule and records for all Production Machines, HP Pumps, Laser and ancillary equipment.
  • Plan the maintenance schedules for all the plant and equipment.
  • Monitor, record, source and re-order mechanical and electronic spares and consumables associated with the running of the plant.
  • Liaise with the manufacturing managers and leads on maintenance issues and requirements.
  • Organise toolbox talks with Maintenance team
  • Participate in the review and maintenance of risk assessments for the maintenance activities.
  • Develop, plan and action a strategy for the continuous development and improvement of the MFG machines utilising historic and current information on a machine performance and maintenance requirements
  • Maintain and develop future proof technology for the hardware and software systems to run and operate the production machines
  • Utilise historic and current information on machine performance and maintenance requirements to develop and maintain Gap analysis matrix for high risk components


  • Diploma or certificate in electrical/ mechanical maintenance/ engineering/ trades or relevant discipline
  • Supervisory skills
  • Previous production/ manufacturing maintenance background.
  • Experience in repair and maintenance of industrial machinery
  • Good understanding of Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical system fault finding.
