The System Architect position will be at the forefront of our Outcome Based Services offering. Working with customers to understand their pain points and KPI's in order to develop solution offerings comprised of existing products as well as newer digital products. By merging our digital and traditional product offerings, together with our new product introductions, the system architects will develop the customer facing offering and be the point contact for both the commercial and technical functions.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

As the System Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with customers and their data to understand pain points and provide solutions to help them achieve company goals.
  • Understanding the market and how to apply commercially viable non-traditional sales models to it.
  • Promoting to both internal stakeholders and external customers and being able to demonstrate the value added service.
  • Having a clear understanding of new technologies and their applications within the market.
  • Driving BH to be current with the pace of digital offerings in the marketplace today.
  • Capable of working in a matrix environment, coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders to be focused on customer KPI's.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Digital or Industrial companies where you are in customer problem solving roles.
