Partner with the best

This category encompasses senior leadership roles or positions responsible for cross functional teams. In Baker Hughes this includes leaders of Legal, Enterprise Standards, Global Operations, Services, Resource & Environmental Strategies, Remediation, High Risk Operations; and additional individuals reporting directly to those leaders. This category also includes EHS Managers for each of the Baker Hughes Businesses.

As ESG & Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

 

  • Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.
  • Communicating high-level concepts to senior leadership. Frequently initiative coaching and development of subordinates.
  • Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams.
  • Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Employees are expected to develop innovative approaches, knowledge management is important.
  • Managing stakeholder alignment with leadership teams to initiate, lead & coordinate programs and resources with cross functional business needs and strategy.

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

 

 

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree and demonstrate solid experience working with global occupational health or compliance programs
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Functional Management.
  • Demonstrate high level understanding of the global ESG workspace, with proven expertise in ESG with a minimum of 2 year's experience.
  • Provide ESG project leadership experience and key indicator metrics in support of substantial project success.
  • Have experience in enthusiastically leading change, communicating with stakeholders at all levels to successfully lead senior management through change process.
  • Be able to be flexible to cover multiple time-zones based on needs of programs and projects
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and show excellent organizational and cross-functional project management skills in a global matrix environment
  • Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions
  • Show proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
