Partner with the best

As a Senior Program/Product Manager, you'll be the customer representative taking ownership for planning, forecasting and production of our end-to-end product life-cycle. You will leverage your expertise through partnering with our business and development teams. You'will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high level outcomes on internally developed tools.

As a Digital Technology - Senior Program/Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Developing strong partnerships with TPS Manufacturing / Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Valves and Service functions, to meet their goals and objectives with respect to MES implementation, adoption and value generation.
  • Partnering with senior & executive TPS business stakeholders as well as cross-functional DT leaders to create the digitization / digital transformation roadmap & program for MES processes.
  • Partnering with PLM , ERPs (SAP, Oracle) & Supply Chain DT leaders, to understand and formalize the business needs and value proposition; communicate the program /project execution approach and outcomes of research/analysis done.
  • Ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery of MES project through ongoing client/stakeholder engagement, partnering with DT technical teams, and coordination of all required activities and milestones.
  • Partnering with all stakeholders to define & manage the deliverables, CTQs/KPIs, schedule and budget for all projects within the portfolio. Accountable for ensuring schedule & budget adherence and value alignment.
  • Working with DT PMO, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Sourcing teams in project prioritization and initiation, being responsible for definition and compliance with best in class project management methodologies & tools, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
  • Have significant experience in Digital Technology Program/Portfolio/Product Management
  • Have experience in leading, documenting, planning, structuring, budgeting, marketing and executing the delivery of Enterprise IT Applications such as MES, PLM/Siemens Products (e.g. OPCenter), ERP or other complex technology applications in product manufacturing organizations.
  • Fluent in English and Italian spoken/written.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with on-site and remote individuals.
  • Have the ability to analyse and resolve problems and have the ability to lead programs and projects.
  • Have established project management skills and the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

  • Be experienced in communicating and presenting effectively to different audiences and all layers within the organization, in particular at executive (e.g. VP) leadership level
  • Be able to demonstrate experience or knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers and negotiating contract terms.
  • Experience working with others on a global basis
  • Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Have strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills from both a strategic and technical standpoint across the function and business
  • Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills, ability to manage complex projects and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
