Partner with the best

As service business analyst, you are responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. This includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.

As a service business analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading team of BU regional service coordinators
  • Supporting Regional Service Director & Finance Manager to analyze financial and operation data, including data for op reviews, pacing and financial reconciliations
  • Analyzing and providing reports to Service Managers as needed
  • Leading regional SOX compliance, review with regional team, drive improved performance and apply control plans to achieve continuous process/data compliance.
  • Reviewing and auditing time reports/ATR for region and work with TLs and SMs for compliance
  • SAP expert for Region - answers application/process questions for Service Managers and Field Engineers; trains teams, first line support.
  • Ensuring deployment and compliance to regional SAP projects and process controls, which include defining and managing SAP project structure, schedule, cost baseline, etc.
  • Serving as regional escalation point for service managers and coordinators for SAP transactions, GRC Support, and reports and actively engage and train regional functional services teams. (Super-user training and support)
  • Regional support for SAP changes - assist with roll-outs, super user training, user training, reporting for new processes, providing on-going support, monitoring processes, etc.
  • Training of new hires on Service process & tools together with local team
  • Improvement Advocate/ identify initiatives and drive local improvements projects


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have bachelor's degree in business management or similar
  • Have experience in SAP including, Field Service, Spare Parts order management and Inhouse Repair order management
  • Have experienced in SFDC/SVMX
  • Be fluent in English and Korean, written and oral skills
  • Have relevant professional experience in dealing with national and international customers
  • Have experience 3+ years in Services or Customer Care
  • Be able to navigate matrix organization and communicate effectively at all levels of organization
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
