In the role of Supply Chain planner He/She will be responsible of main supply planning processes for for Service (upgrades, transactional and contractual jobs). He/she will be primary interface with Procurement ensuring Purchase order placement aligned with Business targets on sales, convertibility and on time delivery.

Essential Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:
  • Be the owner of ASCP for Service: supply/demand, reschedule in/out, PO placing, PO cancellation
  • Leverage Regional Material Management Portfolio Organizations outcomes to set clear priorities and highlight risks on purchase order placement for critical outages, project and/or quarterly sales plan initiatives
  • Cooperate with Procurement and other supporting functions to guarantee on time purchase order placement for service business priorities
  • Drive communication flow with PM/CPM in case of clarification needed on scope of supply or acquisition of information from customer, required from supplier
  • Elaborate action to drive improvement on critical KPIs: PO placing CYT, contractual vs need by date, PO cancellation and excess related.
  • Be part of initiatives on cycle time reduction within Brilliant Parts program
  • Responsible for service providers contract management


Qualifications/Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • xperience on Supply Chain
  • Ability to effectively interface at various management levels
  • Ability to execute for results and make autonomous decisions
  • Strong Analytic and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of rigor, accuracy and precision
  • Good knowledge of excel, Oracle, ASCP
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
