  • Demonstrates extensive oilfield knowledge, and automation product knowledge, of Programmable Logic Controls, analog transmitters and smart transmitters
  • Observes safety and security procedures - Reports unsafe conditions
  • Reports consistently to work on time owning and utilizing own hand tools
  • Performs various advanced electrical tasks efficiently under licensed supervision
  • Communicates effectively with customers while managing, planning and bidding Automation projects
  • Exhibits proficiency in advanced Programmable Logic Controls utilizing knowledge of materials and familiarity of equipment to complete tasks safely and on time
  • Contributes positively to the productivity of the crew helping to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Exhibits persistence and overcomes obstacles while seeking increased responsibilities
  • Demonstrates general knowledge of oilfield distribution systems and transformer banks
  • Works with limited to no supervision and manages daily paperwork (field tickets, time sheets and Jobsite Safety Analyses)
  • Takes independent action and demonstrates attention to detail
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Possess Journeyman Electrician's license
  • Willing to work 40 - 60 hours per week
  • Available for call-outs during customer emergencies
  • Oil field experience preferred
