The Global Benefits Analyst is an integral member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for supporting the, development, implementation and administration of global benefits programs that protect employees, enhance our culture, and comply with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail combined with excellent analytical skills, as well as a sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple activities. This individual will be highly collaborative with a proven ability to support and enable others while handling extremely sensitive and confidential information.


  • Responsible for the administrative function of the expatriate benefits program, including health and welfare coverages and retirement savings programs
  • Maintain the Master Schedule of Benefits, which identifies all benefit programs provided throughout the Company. Ensure that plan details are accurately recorded and updated at plan implementation and renewals. Generate reports for strategic planning and budgeting purposes.
  • Work with offices across all GeoZones to report on self-managed plans and ensure a comprehensive record of global benefit plans is maintained on the Master Schedule of Benefits
  • Assist in the development and establishment of emerging benefit plans as required globally
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent, accurate and repeatable processes, as well as identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for maximum efficiency
  • Partner with Communications and HR teams to ensure international employees have an understanding of the benefits available to them and encourage their participation
  • Analyze internal and external market data to identify benefit-related needs; assist in the preparation and presentation of recommendations
  • Schedule strategicv planning meetings with brokers and HR teams in preparation of benefit plan renewals
  • Cross train in domestic benefits program and serve as a back-up to U.S. benefits team
  • Ensure benefits compliance with legal requirements and regulations governing expatriate and global benefits
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRMS, and Finance to coordinate benefits administration and resolve issues
  • Maintain positive relationships with benefit vendors, brokers and third-party administrators
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor



  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR data systems, preferably Peoplesoft 9.1
  • Familiarity with global benefit practices and regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple activities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and administrative skills
  • Highly collaborative with a strong desire to support and enable others
  • High integrity with proven ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter with the initiative and perseverance to deliver results
  • Advanced analytical skills and complex problem solving capabilities with the ability to draw conclusions from data, ensure quality and accurate data
  • Curious, growth-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving results
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Multi-lingual skill sets are a plus
