NAO Sales and Operations Support - Artificial Lift

As NAO Sales and Operations Support, you will:
Being the conduit between NAO ALS Service Delivery, NAO ALS Sales, NAO Region Materials team, the ALS PL Materials team and Logistics Control Tower
Processing transactions related to material management, asset management and warehouse logistics & shipping
Facilitating order management in coordination with NAO Region Materials Team - process order intake, input into internal systems (DP, MPS)
Exchanging data and information with supporting teams; operations, sales, engineering, materials, AMO and W&Y
Being tied into rig schedules and equipment needs, working with Account Managers and the Service Delivery team to ensure we have what we need
Providing updates to inventory projections and creating mitigation plans as needed
Implementing inventory stocking strategies ensuring levels are aligned to the business needs
Monitoring levels of safety stock, aging (SMI) inventory and work with a team to address accordingly
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will :
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of experience in operations, materials management, warehouse operations, project management)
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with internal stakeholders
Have the ability to manage data and use this data to complete business requirements
Have Microsoft Office power user skills (Excel). This will be crucial to managing data from multiple sources
Have SAP experience. You will pull data from multiple SAP reports and be able to present it to internal shareholders
Be self driven and be interested in learning the business
