Summary:

 

A Contract Technical Talent Sourcer in needed to operate as the sourcing function for the Corporate Functions recruiting team. Our client is looking for someone that has previous technical sourcing experience, preferably at a large Multinational Corporation, and can bring value to our recruiting activities. This position will have the ability to source on multiple roles across, IT, Digital, Cybersecurity, Technical Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial roles. This position can be performed remotely or in the Corporate HQ located in Downtown Houston, Texas.

 

Job Functions:

 

  • Leverage data & analytics to advise businesses on diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.
  • Play a critical role in talent mapping projects for recurring and complex openings where talent gaps exist within the organization.
  • Attend recruiting kick-off meetings and collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HR Business Partner team to build search strategies and create a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize proactive, creative, and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source a diverse pool of candidates including leveraging online recruiting resources.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit for current or future opportunities.
  • Set up interviews and prepare candidates for the interviewing process if required.
  • Build relationships to generate referrals, identify needs, and market candidates.
  • Follow up with internal customers on recent submittals to determine the effectiveness of fit and suggestions for improvement.
  • Provide insight in terms of recruiting and sourcing metrics to other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Work on special recruiting projects as assigned.
  • Work across other business functions as needed.

  • A minimum must be able to demonstrate those skills commensurate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Prefer a degree from a recognized college or university, or 5 years equivalent talent acquisition work experience required.
  • 5+ years' experience in Recruiting or Sourcing.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships as well as building reports and utilizing a variety of recruiting plans and tools.
  • Advanced talent sourcing experience including talent mapping utilizing tools such as x-ray search, Hiretual, Seekout, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment and selection techniques.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS programs preferred.
  • Boolean/ERE/AIRS training is a plus, but not required.
  • LinkedIn Certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Microsoft Office Suites proficient.
