Partner with the Best

As an Analytics & Reporting Specialist for our Billing and Collections, you will be responsible for the daily reporting, updates in B&C results, analysis of AR, QMI and other reports' creation, reporting, controls, and updates.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Updating and managing customer requirements database
  • Working toward automizing and simplifying repetitive reports and tasks for the Billing & Collections team
  • Coordinating with the B & C leads regarding the status and latest estimations of aging
  • Auditing compliance with policies and procedures
  • Supporting any internal / external audits
  • Completing ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Managing projects as assigned (new tools, systems, process improvement, etc...)
  • Suggesting improvements in reports, processes and procedures


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • Have previous experience with billing and collections activities.
  • Have knowledge in SAP, advanced Excel (incl. Macros) Power BI, Access, Programming and reporting tools (ie. Spotfire, Thoughtspot, Tableau, etc...)
  • Have knowledge of the finance operations of a business, as will often partner with the Finance team on projects
