Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in Completions & Well Intervention requirement. As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you'll play a vital role to support Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. You'll be part of Completions & Wellbore Intervention product line. You'll focus on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of our product & services through effective monitoring and corrective action planning.
Salary Range AUD 140,000 - 180,000 per annum
As a Lead Reliability Engineer (Completions & Wellbore Intervention), you'll be responsible for:
Focusing on preventive failures during the lifecycle management of products and services
Supporting job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment (RA), Deviation Waiver (DWR), Management of Change (MOC) and Stop Work
Managing Field Incident Management Process (FIMP) and reporting activities
Identifying and prioritizing failure modes to investigate for corrective actions
Collaborating across engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer and promotion of global standards

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Have relevant work experience of at least 5 years within the Completions & Wellbore Intervention product segment, preferably design, application, field, or tech support engineering
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
Show the ability to work in a global matrix organization
