As a Project Management Specialist , you will be responsible Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit.

As a Project Management Specialist , you will be responsible for:
  • Plan and implement pipeline inspection projects at various customer work sites for the assigned region, including the activities of staff and subcontractors according to financial / commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Dedicated to multiple customers or one key client.
  • Primary customer contact for the duration of each project. Work with Engineering, ITO, Field Operations and other support functions to coordinate project development, implementation and control, taking into consideration customer specifications, cost effectiveness, company technical/engineering procedures, safety, and optimum quality standards
  • Translate customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets
  • Manage a network of resources (including contractors and third party resources) in support of project execution.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and comply with all PII and customer EHS standards and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirement.
  • Manage the project budget and timeline and ensure the resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time in order to meet customer obligations
  • Responsible for all financial aspects of project management including the establishment of systems to regularly review costs, invoicing and cash collection.
  • Resolve problems post project closure to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete four field audits/site surveys per year to ensure compliance with procedures and ensure customer satisfaction. Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in an engineering discipline (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in Field Services or project management)
  • Able to work within a multi-discipline, cross-functional team
  • Ability to multi -task in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various seniority
    levels across organizations to achieve goals
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
