Partner with the best

The Packaging Materials and Planning Program Manager will be the main point of contact inside packaging organization with TPS Master Scheduler/Production Control/Oracle specialists/Materials Managers, in order to implement Digital initiatives for Materials and Planning Packaging team. Will work with Long/Short Term Packaging Planners to ensure On Time Delivery for skids and packaging routings and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.

Will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals. Will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfillment and quality. Will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed.

As Packaging Materials and Planning Program Manager, will be responsible for:

 

  • Cooperating with Master Schedulers, Production Controllers, Operations Leaders to implement new Digital Capacity Requirement Planning for Packaging Cell
  • Manage labour workload and space constraints long and short term to achieve business target (Labour OP and On Time Delivery, Productivity)
  • Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers and Lean Leaders for implementation of Systems to ensure On Time Delivery for all jobs
  • Interacting with the Master Schedulers and Cell management in order to define and control planning strategy
  • Giving the visibility to Internal customers on Packaging plan, preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales Plan
  • Supporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing/Project Management urgencies, coordinating with Project Management team
  • Partnering with Operational team to support on non conformities management, Routings management, planning execution, Punch List closure, Tear Down Management, cooperating with Logistic team to generate EXW best plan in order to achieve On Time Delivery Target per job
  • Partnering with Project management, production control, finance controllership in order to ensure Sales and CM
  • Partnering with Procurement, Supplier Fulfillment Managers to synchronize delivery of materials to achieve financial targets and On Time Delivery

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Supply Chain Management
  • Have significant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement or Project Management
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areas
  • Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems
  • Show an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results
  • Experienced in Oracle, Cyberplan, AEC (Nice to have)
  • Be fluent in English.
