As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide guidance and support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You'll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical guidance for manufacturing activities throughout life-cycle to support development, quality and initial product readiness
Evaluating manufacturing process and shaping strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity
Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to develop, innovate and implement manufacturing technology best practices
Leading an internal manufacturing team and developing a yearly operational plan to support activities and projects

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate good leadership ability
Show experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully and influencing stakeholders across teams
Display an ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
