As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will manage the supplier audit schedules and drive supplier quality improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading supplier quality process governance compliance and collaborating for continuous improvements.
  • Identifying cost-out opportunities and elevating to appropriate team lead for review and implementation.
  • Drive the execution of Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development activities within Flange to Flange Platform, including supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence. SQEs have various levels of differentiation which are related to level of technical understanding of engineering drawings and ability to manage vendors.
  • Contributes towards taking important decisions with procurement strategy, business award, and strategic supplier with broader cross-functional implications.
  • Drive the team in Supplier Development/strategic improvement with key strategic suppliers.
  • Work with the business (E&P Supplier Quality Team, Global Services, and Regions) to manage issue resolutions.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Technical Competency equivalent. Significant experience in Supplier Quality/Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skill.
  • Good knowledge and understanding in manufacturing processes (such as Casting/Forging, Machining, Special Processes, etc.).

  • Have a Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent), preferably in a related field such as Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Have significant experience in Supply Chain and/or Quality Management.
