Our client is currently recruiting for a Contract Analyst to be the in-house relationship manager for all broker houses, trading exchanges, trade repositories and other business supporting functions. To administer all long-term Gas Framework Agreements and spot and term Crude and NGL Sales.


Key responsibilities

  • Create and issue all physical oil third party sales contracts
  • Negotiate and manage Master Gas Agreements (Gas EFET's), beach sales and swaps including with new counter parties
  • Point of contact for administration between the business and the exchanges, regulatory repositories and trading systems.
  • Point of contact for Know-Your-Customer requirements
  • Work with internal resources to negotiate and where possible resolve contractual disagreements with third parties.
  • Review industry GT&C's and company issued contract documents while proactively ensuring GT&Cs keep pace with industry best practice
  • Continuous improvement of contract management systems and processes (incl. optimal use of contract admin software)
  • Stay up to date on all regulatory issues that impact current GT&Cs and overall contract risk
  • participate in industry forms e.g. EFET and CMCE working groups
  • manage external consultant contracts and feedback to stay abreast of developments
  • Co-ordinate London Office functional review process for new deals
