Hawiyah NGL Plant (HNGL) is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Maintenance Division. HNGL is a facility designed to process Haradh and Hawiyah Gas Plants mixed sales gas streams to extract recoverable NGL#s for use as a feedstock for the petrochemical industries in Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities. HNGL contains several process units including gas treating, NGL recovery, mercury removal, Gas compression and heat recovery systems for energy efficiency.
The experienced engineer will assure the continuity of providing technical support and work guidance to our young Engineers, ensuring proper plant maintenance, effective analysis, inspection and troubleshooting of rotating equipment. Also develop young Engineers and deploy New Programs, best practices and technologies. In addition, mentor and train Saudi Young Engineers and Utilize available strong programs and resources.
You are required to perform the following:
Adhere to the Life Cycle Asset Management process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
Participate in the development of criteria; evaluation of equipment, technical suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria along with commissioning plans.
Professionally and systematically define, design, develop, monitor and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes Value-added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
Provide input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation.
Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
Work with Operation, Maintenance, and Engineering (OME) team to perform analyses to define operating condition, reliability and costs of assets. This include asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), & Remaining useful life.
Support vibration technicians in conducting the required vibration checks, frequency, and analyzing vibration and machine performance data. Review packages and provide comments. Calculate and update the monthly and year to date asset KPI's.
Lead the discussion regarding rotating equipment with organizations outside the department such as Project Management Team (PMT), Consulting Services Department (CSD), vendors, contractors, service shops, etc.
Issue reliability program monthly report (MTBF, bad actors, etc).Follow up Equipment Monitoring Program (EMP) programs and trends.
Establish asset's Fault analysis data base ensuring all data, drawings, and information are complete and all modifications are updated. Utilize SAP-FRACAS to document and track unreliability events (trip, failure and defect).
Approve SAP equipment maintenance history records for any failed rotating equipment. Oversee the Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Proactive Maintenance ( PaM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs. Review and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Perform life cycle cost for bad actors and expensive repairs. Assist field personnel on difficult repairs of critical rotating equipment when needed.
Assist the reliability engineer as requested in troubleshooting, failure investigations in the field and in the shop as well.
Maintain equipment library including vendor information, drawings, history, and track of equipment spare parts inventory. Recommend alternatives for spare parts if not available.
Assist reliability engineer in reviewing maintenance history records for failed equipment in the SAP before it is approved by reliability engineer & support them to solve equipment's failure problems.
As a successful candidate, you
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Should be a certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and a TapRooT Analyst.
Must have a minimum of Fifteen (15) years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
Have the experience and technical background to acquire a good knowledge of the design and operating function of rotation equipment. Able to apply an engineering analysis and appraisal to maintenance techniques and practices, to the selection and utilization of tools, equipment and martials and to design and handle installation details. Have a considerable practice knowledge and experience in maintenance methods and practices. Have hands experience as machinist as well as vibration technician knowledge.
Familiar with reliability programs such as (MTBF, bad actors, oil condition,.. etc.) including SAP system or equivalent computerized systems.
