In this role, you will be responsible for working fairly on information development projects and collaborating with ERP Program & Operations teams across geographical locations. Lead discussions with functional resources to determine data ETL requirements. Develop and lead teams to develop ETL processes using DSP suite of tools and other internal tools if needed.

As a Senior Lifecycle Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering integrated SAP solutions for ERP projects across businesses with primary focus on SAP Data Migration for S4/HANA and ECC platforms.
  • Ensuring the delivery of Statutory, SOX, and Data Security compliant business solutions.
  • Working with our business leaders to implement industry best practices as deemed applicable to enhance capabilities, effectiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Contributing to and development of ETL processes to facilitate system implementation activities from a variety of source databases into strategic ERPs , primarily using DSP Data Integration set of tools, while insuring information completeness and integrity.
  • Leading and working on data teams for migration and data cleansing, with focus on customizations specific to blueprint while using and maintaining documentation of standards for the team.
  • Supporting other processes as assigned, to facilitate coverage within our Baker Hughes HQ DT Operational Data Lifecycle team.
  • Working with cross functional teams to execute processes and mange change successfully and to the satisfaction of the owning business.
  • Contributing to a variety of functions in the program management domain including delivery of multiple products, product areas, or platforms, management of issues, roadblocks, dependencies, overlaps, over-scopes, and communication management
  • Coordinating with all Site Leaders, DT groups and technology services organizations on infrastructure upgrades, application rollouts, and operational support.


Fuel your passion, To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelor's in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 8 yrs. of experience in Information Technology.
  • Have a minimum 7 year's of experience in SAP ERP & Data Migration implementations
  • Have experience in designing/configuring SAP ECC 6.0 OR S4/HANA SD/PP functional module with focus on Master/Transactional data
  • Have a minimum of two end-to-end projects in implementing SAP ERP with focus on data migration solutions
  • Have knowledge of S/4 HANA LTMC tools and other data migration practices
  • Have minimum of 4 yrs. working with Talend Data Integration or DSP tools. (Desirable)
  • Have Knowledge of the oil and gas industry or willingness to learn about the oil and gas industry. (Desirable)
