Perform mechanical repair and maintenance, for LWD/RSS/MWD/Pulsers downhole tools, electronic surface equipment and tubulars. Testing, assembling/disassembling downhole and surface electronic equipment in accordance to work instructions, checklists, and QA/QC lists. Support tubular inspectors with proper technical data. Daily reporting to LWD/RSS/MWD Lead Technicians and Operations.


- Maintain daily contact with LWD/RSS/MWD/Pulser Lab Team, Lead Technicians and Operations to get daily activities and plan of action.

- Report all testing data to the Lead Technicians.

- Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting on all failure analysis processes, report and discuss all findings with LWD/RSS/MWD/Pulsers with Lead Technicians, R&M Supervisor and Service Quality Manager.

- Assemble new Pulsers and maintain existing Pulsers to meet operational job requirements, as well as maintain inventory and forecasting replacement parts.

- Maintain tracking to monitor assembly/disassembly and or repair activities.

- LWD/RSS/MWD/Pulsers provide technical support for work instructions updates, upgrades, and proposal for changes for improvement. Follow procedures on any engineering change notices (ECN) to incorporate improvement.

- Where warranted, generate and follow up Nonconformance Reports for technical investigation till closed.

- Support tubular inspectors with analyzing and troubleshooting LWD/RSS/MWD

tubulars, inserts, seals, connections with tubular inspectors and providing proper technical data.

- Contact LWD/RSS/MWD/Pulser Lab Team, R&M Supervisor or Service Delivery Manager about

assembly drawings and BOM.

- Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving to track movement of assets and parts shipped and received.

- Perform full Emitter Sub tubular maintenance and repairs.

- Daily usage of PPE as required.

- On call is required.



- Excellent Electronics Engineering knowledge.

- Able to read electrical/mechanical lay outs and parts drawings.

- Must have logical mindset with organizational skills.

- Valid driver's license.


-Degree/Technical Certification in Electrical/Mechanical Technology

- Excellent communication and team supporting skills.

- Good troubleshooting skills required.

- Basic mechanical skills.

- Good soldering skills required.

- QHSSE certifications maintained.
