Partner with the best
Responsible for Service order management to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site or inhouse to our meet customer expectation and business metrics. Communicate with customers for timely updates and processing, interface with the service managers in case of issues escalation.
As an WT Service Coordinator LATAM, you will be responsible for:
• Customer communication - acceptance of e-mails and telephone calls for service inquiries and spare parts processing - with national and international, internal and external customers and channel partners

• Technical clarification of inquiries in coordination with the technical specialists (Tech Support) as needed

• Complete order management of spare parts / field service / inhouse repair orders in SAP, including but not limited to:
• Opening jobs and Sales orders
• Billing and Rev Rec
• Cost Plans
• Ensure required Spare parts are supplied to customer
• New Customer Registration for Service Customers
• Monitoring of delivery dates and tracking of spare parts production and orders. Clarification of material availability and coordination of the fastest possible delivery date with the responsible departments (planning, shipping, warehouse), Coordination of service visits for technicians at customer site
• Documentation in Salesforce / ServiceMax
• Continuous close coordination with the relevant specialist departments, such as Finance, Sales, production, quality assurance and / or construction, in order to guarantee our customers the highest level of availability
• Ensure SOX compliance for assigned projects
• Support Service Managers in forecasting with feedback on current project timeline
• creation of purchase orders for internal needs (tools, equipment, intercompany services)

To be successful in this role you should:
• Have experience in SAP and Salesforce / ServiceMax
• Be able to fluently speak and write English and Spanish
• Have Relevant professional experience in dealing with national and international customers, 3-5yrs of Service experience

Ideally, you have the following experience:
• Completed training in the area of office / industrial clerk or similar.
• Distinct customer orientation and team spirit
