The People Analytics team's vision is to equip the People leaders and HR teams at Baker Hughes with actionable insights to make workforce decisions.

Partner with the best

The Senior Manager, People Analytics (Remote) will lead the BI and Analytics product team, as well as support special projects and strategic initiatives related to our workforce.

As a Senior Manager People Analytics, you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with HR and business teams to understand business needs and advise on data and analytics opportunities, and ability to understand the root query or challenge
  • Leading and growing a multi-geography team for people analytics products (reports, dashboards, analytical models, embedded insights etc.) across the employee lifecycle
  • Designing frameworks to connect business and people data together to identify and solve complex business problems and deliver an impact on people's experience, performance and culture
  • Leading the design and development of people analytics products - ranging from core to predictive capabilities across the employee lifecycle - to deliver insights and analysis, and drive adoption at various levels of the organization
  • Enabling the success of org initiatives (Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Acquisition, Employee listening etc.) by generating and presenting actionable insights, and identifying gaps and opportunities
  • Demonstrating exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people's data
  • Leading new people analytics-related technology assessment and implementation as needs arise (e.g., recruitment analytics, employee listening, etc.)
  • Finding opportunities to evolve analytics capabilities/products, and instil a culture of continuous improvement to refine and enhance existing capabilities


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in analytics or strategic HR consulting role at a large multinational company.
  • Have experience with the following: Workday reporting, SQL, Tableau or PowerBI, Managing requirements for Sr. Leaders (CXO-1).
