As Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible to design, implement and test large features or feature sets within your Agile development team. You will contribute to architecture and design discussions. You will teach, mentor and coach your team members.
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Contributing a large amount of enterprise-scale/complex full stack SaaS software to your immediate Agile team and to other teams across business.
Developing technical frameworks and implementing best practices for scalable and maintainable code.
Leading by example and providing technical coaching and consulting for components you are SME of, and for components you are not.
Breaking down problems and estimating development tasks and helping your team do the same.
Demonstrating the ability to make informed technology choices , understand the whole product and the interrelationship between modules.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Have 10 years or more of hands-on technical full-stack experience in application development along with established leadership credentials including database technologies, Micro-services, Micro-apps, Micro-Frontends, Web APIs, containerization .
Have deep understanding of Application and Infrastructure architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc.
Have deep understanding and hands on experience of Programming concepts: OOPS, best practices, refactoring, maintainable/reusable code, Design principles and patterns, Architecture, TDD, Unit testing, debugging, automation, etc.
