Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) Demand Generation Manager CCUS Demand Generation Manager - is responsible for leading/coordinating the generation of a solid pipeline of opportunities in the field of CO2 capture, storage and utilization across North America.

To successfully employ new business models and technologies, she/he will be working closely with the Sales team, the CCUS Platform team and the Product Companies. In addition, she/he will be leading the development of pilot and demonstration projects.

Our team defines the strategic roadmap to deliver holistic carbon management solutions, scouts for innovative technologies to expand our portfolio of technologies and solutions, manages technology development programs, originates new opportunities, and leads early customers engagement.

You will lead and coordinate the generation of a solid pipeline of opportunities in the field of CO2 capture, CO2 transportation, CO2 utilization and CO2 storage as well as integrated offers across the CCUS value chain.

You will also head up pilot project opportunities.

You will own deep technology expertise to understand customer's expectations and define the most adequate technological solution.

As CCUS Demand Generation Manager - you will be responsible for:

Partnering with the Sales team, Key Accounts and Commercial organization to lead customer engagement in alignment with priorities Supporting our Platform team through setting up commercial alliances and partnerships with customers and partners

Providing input to define our value proposition from a commercial and technical standpoint toward end-users Coordinating and supporting technology qualification efforts with customers, EPCs and/or consultants Identifying risks and challenges and flag them to the appropriate functions to define and implement mitigation measures

Coordinating technology qualifications in partnership with the engineering and tendering functions, across all Baker Hughes's product companies

Supporting technical and commercial discussions with customers, EPCs, consultants, etc.

As a Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree in either Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or demonstrate equivalent and/or related professional expertise

Demonstrate a solid background in the process industry and at least strong knowledge/experience in tendering and/or sales and/or business development within Oil & Gas and Industrial markets

Display additional experience integrating different product companies' solutions, including CO2 capture, CO2 transportation, CO2 utilization and CO2 storage

Show ability to balance technical expertise with commercial strategy to build deep relationships with key customers, EPCs, consultants, etc.

Show an aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of market conditions

Have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate fluently in English

Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations

Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems

Have an inquisitive attitude with attention to detail and a structured approach

Ability to keep deadlines and high-quality standard
