Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating a cross-functional project team to deploy an innovative AI-based Predictive Maintenance solution at a key customer based in the region.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging in the leadership and execution of our Predictive Maintenance delivery portfolio including resource planning, scheduling, implementation methodology, milestone delivery, project budget, customer interface, profitability, and project accounting.
  • Understanding business development efforts leading to service delivery, including collaboration across teams related to value proposition development and solution architecture.
  • Driving execution and managing risk across multi-disciplinary teams comprised of stakeholders from C3.ai, Baker Hughes, customers, and partners.
  • Managing multiple requests from customers in the region ranging from deep technical discussions on the C3.ai Suite Platform, to aligning Predictive Maintenance functionality with customer business outcomes and success criteria.
  • Providing support when required to the solution architecture team on the proposed service plan and implementation scope of an opportunity to ensure alignment with viable delivery models and metrics.
  • Tracking and monitoring program status and metrics to ensure milestones, internal and external delivery commitments are met.
  • Ensuring ongoing communication of progress against program objectives.
  • Identifying and resolving issues and making recommendations for improvements to existing processes.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
  • Have the ability to successfully communicate and work with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience along with established leadership across the discipline and function.
  • Have the ability to deliver Predictive Maintenance technology projects with a focus on maintenance effectiveness or experience in driving large scale improvement programs within a maintenance organization.
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project, providing leadership in both.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of setting targets, executing a plan, and delivering results.
