This will be a good opportunity to further develop and progress within the field of Project Management

As a Projects Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing document management software for project document control
  • Supporting Project Management operationally (examples include, indirect ordering, invoice and cash management, Warranty and Bank Guarantees)
  • Supporting the PMO (examples include Monthly reporting and Auditing)
  • Reviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control specifications for new projects

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a good understanding of project management processes
  • Be proficient and experienced in a variety of Project Control activities.
  • Have experience of EDMS and be proficient in MS WORD/Excel
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to interface well remotely and in person with management, engineers, suppliers and customers
