As a Projects Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing document management software for project document control
- Supporting Project Management operationally (examples include, indirect ordering, invoice and cash management, Warranty and Bank Guarantees)
- Supporting the PMO (examples include Monthly reporting and Auditing)
- Reviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control specifications for new projects
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
- Have a good understanding of project management processes
- Be proficient and experienced in a variety of Project Control activities.
- Have experience of EDMS and be proficient in MS WORD/Excel
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to interface well remotely and in person with management, engineers, suppliers and customers
