You will play an essential role in supporting CCUS Platform Leader and CCUS VP in providing data to help address key business problem. You will be responsible for providing relevant insights to help the company make the right decisions, address key challenges, and identify new ways to grow in CCUS value chain.

As a CCUS Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking market analysis/modelling to support strategic decision, leveraging input provided by Strategic Marketing, databases and external sources.
  • Performing financial analysis and modelling of business cases for organic and inorganic investments.
  • Developing and maintaining Levelized Cost models to be used to benchmark portfolio technologies, target and competing technologies, liaising with platform and technology managers, as well as corporate functions.
  • Liaising with Platform team to provide and communicate implement strategy to address competition, changes in customer preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools.
  • Leveraging market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to drive revenue, increase yield, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conducting financial planning and analysis of large datasets, owning the creation, consolidation and maintenance of planning models (e.g., Growth Strategic Planning models).
  • Summarizing insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulate an argument to be presented to executives.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have PhD., MSc. or BSc. in a related field, preferably Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Engineering.
  • Have hands-on experience in analytics or management consulting, work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business.
  • Have proven experience in financial modelling, market analysis and business case modelling, as well as Levelized Cost modelling.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Have capability to work cross functionally and by initiative.
  • Be curious with great creative and imaginative prowess to generate ideas to solve business problems.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Have availability to travel occasionally for business purposes. Be fluent in English.
