  • Oversee I & E department
  • Have the knowledge to install, maintain and calibrate gas and/or liquid meters and associated mechanical and/or electronic systems
  • Program systems such as ABB, ROC, Rosemount Wireless, Vega, Redlion, ProFace, OleumTech, etc.
  • Run routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, isolate and diagnose problems and repair/replace necessary components or correct programming errors
  • Maintain High level knowledge and support of Automated Measurement systems, to include PLC's, RTU's, Transmitters, Tank Level's, HMI's
  • Designs, develops, implements, and modifies production measurement equipment, procedures and processes for well pad installs
  • Coordinate all projects to ensure that project timing, quality, and cost targets are attained
  • Perform hands-on programming/debug/troubleshooting of numerous types of automation and measurement equipment
  • Assess customers needs and build quotes for both materials and labor

 

  • Ability to read P&ID's, Spec sheets and loop sheets
  • Effective communication skills are required
  • Electronics and/or mechanical experience/knowledge/skills is preferred
  • Experience leading a team/crew
  • Experience programming at least one of the following systems: o ABB, ROC, Rosemount Wireless, Vega, Redlion, ProFace, OleumTech, Allen-Bradley.
  • High School or equivalent is required.
  • Effective communication skills are required.
  • Electronics and/or mechanical experience/knowledge/skills is preferred.
  • High School or equivalent is required.

 

  • Must be able to carry equipment (not to exceed 50 lbs.) up and down steps. At times, multiple trips of this nature (due to more than 50 lbs. of equipment) maybe required.
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, safety glasses, FRC's, hard hats, safety boots, ear plugs/muffs, and respiratory protection.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Working extended hours and varying shifts are often required
  • May be exposed to hazardous noise levels at work sites on an occasional basis.
  • May be exposed to hot/cold/inclement weather conditions.
  • May be required to work in tight quarters.
  • May be required to work at elevated heights.
  • Must be able to stand and sit for various lengths of time.
  • Must be able to crouch, stoop, and kneel for various lengths of time.
