Partner with the best

In this role, you will support our customers remotely and on-site. You will introduce our products and ensure they are used in a professional way. The Technical Product Manager is an expert in operating and assessing applicability of our robotic solutions. You will perform service jobs on your own and/or acts as consultant. A successful candidate has a thorough understanding of non-destructive-testing (NDT) with valid Level 2 certification. You are interested in robotics and

modern ways of inspection & maintenance

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Full responsibility for customer trainings on Inspection Robotics products
  • Customer Support during outages - remotely and on-site
  • Drive technical developments for assigned products
  • Support product releases within the product management team
  • Maintain and grow customer relations

 


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

  • Have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Robotics with minimum 7 years of experience in field service
  • NDT experience with valid certification desired
  • Engineering background is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and focused
  • Work independently towards given goals
  • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and under pressure
  • Take full responsibility on assigned products and services
  • Hands-on problem solver with a technical background.
  • Understanding customer requirements and translating them into an engineering requirement to the internal teams is key in this role.
  • Regular global business travel will be required (30%-60%).
