Key responsibilities

  • Support PSR (Procurement and Supplier Relations) related activities within the operational function of the Greater Wash team - Purchase order request and associated Service Entry Process
  • Assist in the Electronic/Digital uploading and management of key documents for operational teams
  • Review and manage the archived material across the greater wash team
  • Support the recent project follow up de-mobilisation tasks
  • Support new Greater Wash team integration
  • Support LEAN culture
  • Support PSR (Procurement and Supplier Relations) (Procurement and Supplier Relations) (Procurement and Supplier Relations) & Finance reconciliation review
  • Assist in supporting a new organisation within the Great Yarmouth office
  • Support STID (Statoil Technical Information Documentation) and Teams RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) project
 

 

Required competence

 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Good understanding of organisational structure
  • Experience with Lean methodology and driving improvement initiatives
  • Strong O365 user particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, Planner and SharePoint
  • Structured way of working to deliver with autonomy
  • Previous experience with organisational database 
  • Ability to quickly adapt to client e-learning requirements to enable results delivery
