Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated individuals seeking a challenging career with excellent academic, international exposure, to:

- Develop Aeroderivatives Gas Turbines repair proposal in terms of technical scope of work and cost structure leveraging engine historical data, customer input, shop policies, competitive intelligence

- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team as Engineering, Global Operations and Regional Commercial team to ensure timely flow of information and provide technical expertise in analyzing Customer's needs and developing the most competitive technical solutions

- Ensure rigor in applying the relevant Aeroderivatives repair policies over the quoting process

- Align and negotiate the repair technical offer with the Customers

- Generate any idea to improve the Digital capabilities in the offers' preparation leveraging current data lakes (e.g. machine learning and advanced analytics models)

- Provide regular reporting to the stakeholders

- Be accountable for EHS performance, with respect to compliance and procedures, and fulfillment of the organization priorities

Required Qualifications

- Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge or work experience

- Italian/English fluency

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities

- Planning and coordinating skills in international environment

- Effective problem solving skills

- Proficiency with computer/database/programming tools (eg Excel ...)

- Innovation and curiosity-oriented approach, making each task an opportunity for growth and expansion of one's knowledge

- Strong analytical skills

- EU work permit

- Master Degree in Engineering with focus on turbo-machinery

- Self-starter, high motivation level, with leadership skills

- Excellent in presentation, communication and team building skills

- Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize and manage time

- Willing to work in a team and strives to make the Company succeed

- Clear thinker mindset is recommended
