Our Human Capital & Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise, other general HR activities. Our team partners with the business to provide reporting insight and to continuously improve our processes and performance.

As HR Onboarding Projects Lead, you'll be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for onboarding projects. You'll be providing subject matter expertise, communicating with key stakeholders, and ensuring Onboarding projects capture employment complexities and mitigate related risks. You'll contribute to onboarding process improvement initiatives, and support deployment of onboarding processes.

As an HR Onboarding Projects Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and executing Onboarding projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact between all teams to ensure deliverables & components are on track and within scope
  • Providing full transparency by tracking and communicating on project status, risks, and emergent issues.
  • Analyzing and solving problems related to projects, including identifying better ways of working for existing processes
  • Being diligently finding, tracking, and removing impediments or potential blockers, barriers, and other risks to onboarding project completion.
  • Demonstrating openness to multiple perspectives in executing projects and works with the appropriate colleagues to find resolutions.
  • Being proactively reviewing, improving, and maintaining onboarding process documentation
  • Participating in overall onboarding process improvement initiatives with relevant stakeholders to provide a seamless onboarding experience
  • Participating in change management activities and train newcomers to ensure consistency in process execution.
  • Assisting in building out new systems and onboarding practices, training others to get them up-to-speed quickly.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences background
  • Have demonstrated analytical skills with 3+ years' experience in program or project management and using data and metrics to determine & drive improvements
  • Have HR domain knowledge including onboarding initiatives, with minimum 5 years' experience as HR generalist or specialist preferably working with a multinational company
  • Have good work ethic with an ability to autonomously manage and follow-up on multiple, concurrent projects and requests on tight deadlines in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
  • Have effective communicator that exhibits strong ownership with the ability to build relationships, earn stakeholder trust, and manage through influence with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Center of excellence functions, and relevant Business stakeholders.
  • Have good problem solving and critical thinking skills with customer interests as a focal point.
  • Have Solid interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Have passion for continuous process improvement and simplification
  • Be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Have proficient in the use of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and project management tools
  • Have ability to speak and read Arabic will be an added advantage
