Take ownership of Global Supply Chain Finance structure and drive profitability and long-term strategy.

As the FPS Supply Chain Finance Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategizing global execution of manufacturing & engineering finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
  • Owning P&L and balance sheet activities, cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances), product fulfilment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, NPI, O/U, etc.
  • Working closely with the CFO and Operations Director advising in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.
  • Beyond finance: Partnering with operations team having a deep understanding of production processes and NPI development
  • Handling communication with colleagues and leadership - Ability to communicate complex messages to others.
  • Managing a multicultural team in England and Brazil

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Significant experience in Finance. Experience in Manufacturing Operations / Engineering operations also required.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
