This is an experienced role that, under broad direction, focuses on project based work related to reservoir characterization, well engineering, reservoir management and project management. Exploits expertise and experience in areas above and pursues innovative approaches; understands how domain data has been acquired and uses cross-discipline workflows to implement best-practice approaches. Sets project objectives, priorities, and milestones. Has solid project management skills and is capable of leading own project workstream(s). Capable of actively managing a team with members (within own workstream) who have various levels of competence in the relevant technical domain (s), while recognizing and making use of the talents of colleagues. Understands and supports the use of best practice work processes, project, quality and commercial management. Effectively exploits a network of contacts and typically contributes to multi-disciplinary projects within Halliburton. Pro-actively identifies potential problems within the team or within the workstream, and address client issues to understand and effectively resolve them. Actively coaches others in handling these situations. Has direct customer contact and involvement in business development activities.   • An experienced Reservoir Geophysicist with strong working experience in Field development plan, Due diligence study, Exploration study and Integrated project development studies
  • Reservoir characterization studies by integrating geophysical and geological data
  • Advance seismic interpretation of 2D and 3D Seismic data (Log data conditioning, well to seismic tie, Synthetic seismogram, 2D/3D Seismic Interpretation includes Horizons and Fault, generation of time structure and thickness maps)
  • Experienced in advanced velocity modelling and depth conversion methodologies, attribute analysis, play fairway analysis, prospect evaluation, risk and uncertainty analysis.
  • Seismic sequence stratigraphic interpretation, lead generation and maturation of leads into prospects by integrating seismic, well logs and depositional elements
  • Volumetric calculation and uncertainty analysis
  • Experienced in advanced Seismic quantitative studies
  • Experienced in feasibility study for seismic inversion and seismic inversion techniques
  • Multidisciplinary understanding and integration of geophysical work into reservoir characterization, models and well planning
  • Contribute to geological reservoir model building in collaboration with geologists, reservoir engineers and specialists
  • 5-15+ years minimum industry experience

  • An experienced Petrophysicist with strong working experience in clastic, carbonate and unconventional environments
  • Responsible for technical evaluation and assurance of subsurface development, Exploration and basin evaluation projects ensuring quality and functional excellence in technical studies
  • Designing, supervising and evaluating data acquisition programmes
  • Managing and interpreting petrophysical data
  • Experienced in Deterministic and Probabilistic formation evaluation techniques
  • Experienced in core and log integration
  • High end Formation evaluation using RCA/SCAL, conventional, advanced log data including NMR, borehole image, acoustic, Neutron induced gamma ray spectroscopy, Formation tester and integration with other subsurface data
  • Rock typing, Permeability modelling and saturation height modelling
  • Integration of Petrophysics with other sub surface data for input to geological models
  • Cased hole formation evaluation
  • Working in multidisciplinary integrated teams to build subsurface static and dynamic models

  • Analyze well data, perform Seismic to well correlation, integrate Geoscientific information into Geological Model and predict future wells.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to reassess, analyze, incorporate, and update post-drill information. Evaluate risks vs reward for prospects
  • Experienced in structural characteristics in extensive and compressive tectonics regimes, use of sequence stratigraphy approach in geological studies, good knowledge in sedimentological and production characteristics in clastic (fluvial, deltaic and marine depositional environments) and carbonates reservoirs.
  • Perform sedimentological and structural interpretations, basin and play analysis, prospect maturation, and exploration and appraisal well planning.
  • High experience in activities related with development drilling like: Development and appraisal well recommendations, monitoring wells while they are drilled, evaluate unusual reservoir performance and make recommendations for remedial actions, keeping update reservoir maps (structure, isopach and fault-plane).
  • High experience in geological reservoir characterization for the identification of new drilling opportunities, selection of zones for recompletion and new data acquisition.
  • Geological interpretation on regional, semi-regional and prospect-scale
  • Leads & Prospects portfolio analysis, Volumetric estimation, Risk and Ranking
  • Close liaison with geophysicists, petrophysicists and reservoir engineers for an integrated approach
  • Preparation of GDE, CRS and CCRS maps
  • Elaborate experience writing technical reports and proposal for appraisal, development wells or recompletion sites, compilation and preparation of information needed for submitting annual reserve assessments to the company share holder or Ministry
  • 10 years minimum industry experience

Static modeller:
  • Experienced in Integrating geology, geophysics and petrophysics to develop geocellular models
  • Experienced in advanced static reservoir modelling includes facies modelling, water saturation modelling, porosity and permeability propagation
  • Experience in Fault and structural modelling using seismic and well data
  • Advanced fracture analysis of hydrocarbon reservoirs using static and dynamic data and 3D fracture modelling
  • Calculate deterministic and probabilistic volumetrics estimation and Uncertainty analysis
  • Provide geological input to multi-disciplinary projects, from frontier exploration through discovery appraisal to field development and production.
  • 10 years minimum industry experience
  • Independently manages and prioritizes project work and delivers results. Understands business drivers of projects

Reservoir Engineer:
  • Experienced in field development studies, optimization of mature fields, workover planning & IOR/EOR projects
  • Responsible for a wide range of reservoir engineering activities, including Reservoir management on existing fields to maximise economic recovery
  • Experienced in classical reservoir engineering
  • PVT and SCAL modelling
  • Dynamic reservoir modelling and well test analysis
  • Generating production forecasts and reserves estimates
  • History matching and Prediction run
  • Identification of infill drilling targets
  • Planning and execution of technical programmes in conjunction with drilling/well operations teams.
  • Provides input to field development, exploration and drilling plans.
  • Monitoring and applying new technologies
